Back in the early 90?s, Bench was one of the big sellers on the Noiseville label. Their first 2 singles sold over 5,000 copies. Back then, people had a hard time labelling Bench with what kind of music they were doing. Now 20 years later, the music they play is called Stoner Rock. Along with Monster Magnet, they were part of the original stoner rock U.S. East Coast scene. This CD is a collection from their 1st self released demo tape from 1987 and features the band?s low-fi primitive psych with heavy guitar signature style. Copies of their original singles continue to be sought after by collectors around the world, this CD will fill their need until a copy pops up on eBay. Includes ivideos on the CD as well (compatible with iTunes, Quicktime, Mac or PC).
