Strate Jacket, the first punk band to form in Southampton, played on the same bill as many of the punk icons of the day - The Clash, Generation X, The Subway Sect, The Killjoys and Sham 69. Their original 1977 line-up never commercially released any of the recordings they made, and they would quit a year later. Now, for the very first time on vinyl, come their first five tracks taken straight from the master tapes. Along with other tracks, which have been taken from various cassettes. The B-side of this release has recordings of the original line-up at band rehearsals. Also includes a download code plus an 8-page booklet.
