Vintage Future's release on Elypsia Records is featuring Vann Johnson & Syndicate of Swing. Vintage Future is the alter ego of Mark Taylor, known for his releases on UR, Metroplex and R&S to name only a few. Mark is also a trusted member of Juan Atkins' legendary band Model 500. "Conceptions Inspirations" is a true Detroit style track with jazzy acid notes accompanying the airy vocals of Vann Johnson whilst floating on a blanket of bass. The second track, "Sweet Love" is more a deep track with jazzy trumpets, electronic pianos and minimalistic vocals.
