Tel Aviv's The Hoodna Orchestra is a 12-member orchestra that studies and investigates the African origins of western popular music. 'Yelben' (featuring Tesfaye Negatu) was written by the Ethiopian poet and singer Demisu Belete and composed by Ilan Smilan (Hoodna's musical director). The B-side contains the instrumental song 'Beze'.
