Live in San Diego, CA 8/7/71. Jerry Garcia gave the tapes to these shows to Keith Godchaux in order to familiarize him with the bands repertoire. Godchaux left the tapes on his parents houseboat, and they remained undiscovered for nearly 35 years
(which means that soundboard recordings of this tour are very rare indeed)! Includes the complete San Diego show, all that could be salvaged from the Chicago show, and the end of the 8/6/71 show at the Hollywood Bowl. Mastered in HDCD.
