Neon Lies started as a synth/wave one-man project by Goran
Lautar while he was still a member of Modern Delusion and The
Celetoids, prominent bands from Zagreb's D.I.Y. punk and
post-punk scene. The nine tracks on this album present the
minimalistic lo-fi darkwave sound of Neon Lies' early stages,
as well as repetition, noise and electro inspired by the European underground dancefloors.
