Edition on 180-gram vinyl. This is a reissue of an essential recording by Paddy Kingsland and Pete Howell (also known from UK psych folk LP's by Agincourt, Ithaca and Friends, and the famous underground 'Alice Through The Looking Glass' and 'Tomorrow Come Someday' scores). The BBC Radiophonic Workshop came together in 1958 to produce music and sound effects for the BBC radio, using custom designed electronica, tape and other techniques. By the mid-70s the synthesizer era was well and truly here. This 1977 album stands shoulder to shoulder with Vangelis' 'Beauborg' and Jean-Michel Jarre's 'Equinox'.
