The first ten years of the German folk revival were marked by the spirit of optimism and a lot of great talents, only a few (semi-) professionals from all parts of Germany. Then the legendary folk club in Munster, and the 'International Folk Festival' in Osnabrück were central meeting places for this scene, where these recordings were collected from 1968 to 1977.
