Fortuna Pop! and Slumberland Records team up for a compilation that presents four interesting bands from both sides of the Atlantic. Baltimore's Wildhoney offers a blend of shoegaze, punk and good old indiepop, Philadelphia's Mercury Girls operate in a melodic style combining post-punk and guitar jangle, Scotland's The Spook School plays sharp pop with influences from T.Rex and Buzzcocks, and add lyrics about gender issues, and finally London's Tigercats reveal a jangly style with nods to the band's punk roots. Each group contributes two songs.
