After years of forging their seminal synth-punk sound in the late '70s, and achieving critical, yet little financial success, Paris-based METAL URBAIN had no choice to re-group and, with the addition of a female vocalist, take their processed electronics aesthetics one step further as the METAL BOYS. Their mash-up of sounds and styles makes them difficult to pigeon-hole, but you'll definitely find traces of punk, rockabilly, Gainsbourg-ish vibes, dub, industrial and new wave all appear.
