NYC's '60s-inspired garage/punk outfit Jonny Chan & The New Dynasty 6 werec formed in 1994. Chan, former frontman of Detroit rockers The Covingtons, and his friends are mostly inspired by garage rock, early punk and glam. They released their only official record, 'So.... You Want Action' on Dionysus in 1998. That CD is back in print (limited edition) now, due to popular demand.
